Brook provides training on all the products we supply. This can be given in an informal one-to-one style for small numbers of trainees or in a formal classroom style for larger groups. Ad-Hoc training can be provided as required and we can tailor courses to suit client’s individual needs. Training is normally given on the client site and by arrangement, but if on-site facilities are unavailable we can provide full training facilities. Brook also offers scheduled training courses on commonly required topics, customers will be alerted of these as they become available.Support
Full after sales support is offered for all solutions provided by Brook. Unlike many "call centre" type help desks we offer more than just technical help we can also advise on the related business processes (e.g. How do I run a bank rec ?).
